Size down by half a size
Fyi I have worn these only 2 days now. The first day they were tight on the toes and I was worried that the reviews were wrong but after first day they stretched a little. Today I am wearing them and they fit perfectly. I normally wear a 8-8.5 depending on the shoe and I don't like them tight on my feet. With slip on shoes like this I don't like walking and having them flop on the heels so I bought 7.5 regular not wide and they fit perfectly. My toes do not touch the end anymore and the heel is loose enough to slip on but not too loose so they "flip flop" while walking. Hope this helps. Very waterproof and lightweight. A little more comfort padding then a converse but not much. If you don't like a crease on the shoe then stay away from these but if it doesn't bother you for a work shoe I would recommend. I have worn these with both a thin sock and thick and feels good either way. I am recommending these to all my workers.

Comfy
These are comfortable and easy to clean specially in a food environment where spills constantly happen on my shoes.

mostly okay
the shoes run wide, which is okay by me as I have a wide foot .size 9 true to size .I buy them for their non skid soles and haven't been disappointed yet .comfy tooI am not working in any food industry compactly but I still like these shoes, they are well made and look good with jeans .

Great!
These are comfortable and very anti-slip. After weeks of wearing them, they've held up well and are easy to wipe clean. They run big, so I recommend sizing down.

Cute but I guess I’m not young anymore
I’m a huge van person so I got these. Fit great I would definitely break them in as they stretch. The nonslip was very true as I go up and down stairs. We’re not uncomfortable but not much support. Would be great if I was in my early 20s but I think I need more support

Maybe good for skateboarding not for work in food industry
I was a little disappointed , I loved the sleek look of the shoes but unfortunately my feet isn't for this shoes. I work about 12 hrs as a server, first day wearing this was very painful. So I did extend it for a week. Everytime I go home my feet are very sore. I can barely walk . The insole has no support. Very flat . So if you have very flat feet. Maybe this is for you but not recommend for someone works in the food industry

Best Looking Non-Slip
Okay, these are the best looking non-slip shoes out there. Durable and sleek. I recommend sizing up half a size if you want some more room.

Sized down from 9 to 8.5
I originally bought the 9 without looking at the reviews & it was too big even with socks. One caveat is, putting insoles fit perfectly. I decided to exchange it for an 8.5 & it fits perfectly with socks, tho insoles are a bit tight at first. After some weeks I think the upper part became a bit more loose to allow for the insoles, or maybe I just got used to the tightness. I don't think the leather upper is the best quality since the price is quite low for strong leather, but thin leather suits my daily work walking well. I ordered black bc stains are less likely to show & it just looks sleeker ie professional. Would recommend, tho for bigger sizes probably need to size down.
