In it's most basic legal form, a bait and switch.
The roll that I received was very nice bubble wrap. Thick, perfectly perforated, and the bubbles are nice and full! I switched to this supplier because of an issue with my last supplier. My first order with my previous supplier was perfect, just as this one was. Almost exactly like this one. Then I ordered again, and what I received was not like the last one. The second shipment was very thin and the perforations were horrible, and tearing a piece off was a nightmare, resulting in ripping each piece that I tried to tear off. I thought it was a mistake, so I ordered again. And received another roll of garbage bubble wrap. So I switched to this supplier, who provided me with a beautiful roll of perfect bubble wrap for my first order. I have been reading reviews and it seems as if this supplier is doing the same exact thing. 5 stars for the first roll of bubble wrap. 1 star for basically performing a bait and switch just as my previous supplier did, resulting in a 3-star review. Such a shame that we can't just have reliable suppliers that can help us keep our businesses running smoothly.

This is the best of the cheap bubble wrap
This is the best of the cheap bubble wrap. The price is unbeatable and shipping was fast however the bubble came in a large plastic bag which wasn't form fitting and had multiple tears in it. There is no static or sticking and comes away from the roll easily but you will use more than usual from a better quality bubble. I have bought this 3 times now and all seems ok. You must rip on the perforations exactly otherwise it will stretch and tear.

Good bubble wrap, but difficult to tear apart
The bubble wrap itself was good, came in a huge box. The perforations weren't very good though and made it difficult to tear apart at times.

700 feet of bubble wrap?!?! Yeah, it's a lot of bubble wrap! Let's keep it real... I have a lot of fragile pretties (decorative items). I was able to pack up my 1500 sqft 3 bedroom house, and still have some left over. It was also awesome that it came in a large box, which I then used for packing.

Much less length than the 700 feet it is advertised to be.
False advertising. Not a 700 Foot Roll. Its length is 125' to 250 'The bubble wrap arrived in a box large enough to store a Christmas tree. The bubble wrap roll is completely unmarked. There is not manufacturing label or specs written on it anywhere. I though bubble wrap roll seem undersized to actually be a 700 foot roll as advertised. I was right. It was actually only a roll of bubble wrap between 125 feet and 250 feet which is 20% or 30% of the advertised length. I determined this by measuring the length of the outermost wrap one full revolution, count the number of revolutions/wraps around the spool. Outside Revolution was 5-feet. 56 wraps around the spool. That totals no where near 700 feet.

The bubbles were flat in the middle of the roll.
