LU94M010: 10" Plastic Blade

had a bunch of acrylic to cut and my old laminate blade wasn't doing a good job - pretty jagged edge, rougher cut that what I would like to have, so invested in this blade. This blade cuts great, leaves a super clean edge with less finishing for me to go thru later. Overall great blade at a good price. I was cutting 1/4" and 1/2" acrylic sheets and no issues with our without the protective acrylic layers.

I was amazed as how smooth of a cut this blade did for plastic. I was worried my miter saw speed may cause the plastic to melt while cutting. With this blade, the plastic never seemed to get hot enough to melt and it cut perfectly smooth cuts that didn't even require any sanding to finish at the end.

I had a big project with melamine panels and needed clean cuts. There was absolutely no tear-out, even after dozens of cut.

Bought this to cut some strips of teflon. While it cut great with no melting or anything, it didn't leave the perfect finish I was expecing. It was good but not great. Good blade.

i mounted this in a table saw and used it to cut quarter inch plexiglass (acrylic) from lowes. the cut was very smooth, and actually i could not distinguish the cut i made from the factory cut edge. obviously make sure you use safety glasses because tiny chips of plexi get thrown forward at you while making the cut (i had the saw's blade guard removed). the blade seems expensive but i figured it was cheap compared to a botched cut in expensive piece of plexi. my basement had a distinct plexi odor for a day afterwards, guess this is normal. super service from amazon, i had this in my hands well before promised delivery date.

Have tried using laminate blades in the past to cut plexi with mediocre results at best. This blade is night and day better. Used to cut a dozen 1/8” sheets down to size and also to make a small sample for the customer. The back rake on the teeth make all the difference. Extremely smooth cuts and no ‘grabbing’ like when using laminate blades. Don’t know why I didn’t buy this sooner. Worth every penny.

Anything less than 80 teeth and I think you will not be happy with the results. This blade performs as advertised. Smooth cuts, no build up of plastic residue. I do recommend using a wax on the blade, I use it on all my acrylic cutting blades just in case. I think you will find this blade a good addition to your shop.

I have used high quality combination blades for cutting acrylic but this specialty blade makes the process so effortless and high quality!

Great to cut my bigger sheets of acrylic to fit in my laser. We use it in a De Walt saw.

For plastics acrylic / plexi.. worth every dollar... i had 18 sheets to cut to make clear winter window coverings.. cuts perfectly

this blade is the perfect table saw blade for cutting Plexiglas. Leaves a laser sharp edge with no chipping or cracking. Made a perfect display case.

I bought this blade to cut plastic kitchen cutlery trays and spice racks from Rev-a-Shelf. I had always wanted a dedicated plastic saw blade. Prior to buying this blade had been using a fine-tooth wood blade. That worked OK but there was a lot of chattering of the plastic, melted edges and occasional large chipping problems. This new blade is a vast improvement. It cuts plastic very well with no melting and a very minimum of chattering. I'm quite happy with it.

Cuts through a very thick plexiglass like a knife through butter!!!!
