Q: Is there a small hole in the top to let in air , when emptying ?

The lid is solid. There is no hole.

Q: can I use with warm/hot drinks?

These are simple, lightweight glass containers. I use for cold, but warm is no problem. Whatever is safe for glass is OK with these containers.

Q: can i wash it in a dishwasher?

It’s glass. So I would say yes. But you would have to take the stainless dispenser out first. In my opinion, it is pretty easy to hand wash.

Q: Any experience using these for honey? I am looking to fill small jars (2oz) with honey and want something stable and functional.

I use mine for filtered water. The gallon size is also good for beverage. The is a answer to above the bottom so anything that's below the spicket will not flow out without tilting the whole jar and I'm not sure how honey being thicker than an average beverage or water would come through
