Worth the Cheap Price/Hard to Tie-Secure Opening To Hold Air
These were worth the cheap price. It added a nice touch to my wedding dance floor area. Some of the battery packs had broken pieces, but they still worked with a bit of clear tape. About half of them deflated quickly because we weren't able to get a good seal on the opening. But others stayed inflated all night. We used an air compressor to blow up, this material is way too strong to be able to blow up with your mouth. Overall you get what you pay for. It wasn't great quality, but I would buy again especially if it was easier to tie/secure the opening.

LED Lights Were Awesome, Balloons Sucked - Lots of Helpful Info Below
The media could not be loaded. I wish I could give 2 different ratings - 5 stars for the LED lights & 0 stars for the balloons. The balloons are made of thick plastic, not latex. When we started filling them, they made it to about 6 inches & exploded. We followed the instructions & stretched out the plastic before filling the balloons, but it still didn't work. Even if we had wanted tiny balloons less than 6 inches, I still don't think they would've made it very long before exploding just based on our experience with them & the material they're made of. It's just not stretchy like latex. Anyway, we ended up buying clear balloons from Party City to use instead, & everything worked out great from there. The LED lights are beautiful, long-lasting, & pretty easy to wrap around the balloons once you get into a groove. The lights are thin wires, so they're easy to bend however you need. The balloons do take awhile to make. Two of us blew up 29 Party City balloons, wrapped the LED light wires around the balloons, & taped the balloons to the ceiling in about 2 hours. It was well worth it, though. It was absolutely beautiful & a huge party hit. They're so magical that we're keeping the balloons up for awhile. I don't know why the instructions talk about filling the balloons with helium. Each LED light wire has a battery pack that takes 2 AA batteries. (This gets expensive, by the way, so prepare to pay a lot for batteries.) This makes the balloons heavy, so even if they contain helium, they won't float, so don't even try helium. We filled the balloons with regular air. We wrapped the wires around the balloons in such a way that the battery packs were at the top of the balloons, & a bit of wire hung down at the bottom to look like a balloon string. Then we used wall tape to adhere the top of the battery packs to the ceiling. This was for an Out of this World galaxy/alien/outer space-themed Halloween party, & it looked absolutely magical.

Very pretty and classy
These balloons were very pretty and flexible! They did not burst and can blow up pretty big so don’t be afraid they’ll pop. Unfortunately I did not use the lights because the instructions were not clear on how to install. The clear balloons were cute enough. Wish I could have used the lights.

Party
Exhausted the teens’ attempts at decorating the party. Difficult to put together. Too many fragile pieces with unclear instructions!

Complicated, but beautiful once you figure it out.
After an hour of trying to figure out how to stretch them, I figured it out. I had some rubber sole shoes on so I stepped on one side and stretched it, then flipped it the other way and stretched. Then I used my air mattress pump and blew them up pretty big. If it didn't blow up good, I re-stretched it. Then I blew them up with helium. Instead of using the little stickies that came with it to put the lights on with, I had gotten some double sided sticky tape from the crafts section at walmart. It worked perfect. They will only float up as far as the light string will go. The battery pack is to heavy. Wish I would have gotten a picture when it was dark. They were a hit! Be sure to tie them real tight after you inflate them. Used them on a Friday and today is Monday and they are still floating! Hope this helps if you decide to purchase them!

Balloons
I filled them with helium for a party the night before and they didn't hold it overnight even though we tied them.
