Use electric blower to inflate. When using the blower, the balloon stayed small for a while then started to to expand -be patient. They will bust (like a balloon) if too much air is added so be mindful when inflating. They feel like a beachball (plastic) when inflated, but will still bust, so handle with care. The lights go on the outside after the balloon has been inflated. Double A batteries are needed for the lights.

Tiny hard to even get inflated a normal person doesn't have time to do all that the lights were poorly made flimsy horrible product all around and didnt come with sticks or caps to close the balloon

Very beautiful, but hard to set up. Some were hard to inflate and shape into round did have a hard time getting lights on, but once we figured it out not too difficult

Read the product description carefully!! These balloons do not come with the poles or the little plastic things that actually hold the balloons up. There is no way to get these balloons to stand up with this package. While I agree, I should have read the product description more, they still weren't that great.These were very hard to blow up. Don't even waste your time and blowing these up with helium, because the plastic is so thick they won't float. You have to hold the plastic in just the right way around the pump. They do blow up fairly large once you get them blown up but it takes effort, the harder plastic will stretch.After it's blown up, it's almost impossible to tie it such that the air doesn't leak out. We tried the method mentioned in the instructions using the wire, that didn't work. We tried melting the plastic with a variety of different apparatuses, that didn't work (just ruined our stuff). We ended up using small rubber bands that we wrapped around like 28 times on each balloon, and still had some that deflated by the end of the night.The package doesn't come with any batteries. You need ADAA batteries in order to light up this entire package.They looked okay, without the rods and the plastic things to hold the balloons up. We had to hang the balloons all over the place for our decorations.

The pump is worthless and won't blow the balloon up. The air pressure escapes through the bottom of the pump and when you try to insert the pump into the balloon it will break the balloon.

I can't seem to secure the helium

Despite what the other reviews say they are 20 inches inflated. You have to use an electronic air pump to inflate and stretch it out before you inflate them. The lights wrap around the Balloon twice and looks really pretty in the dark. 100% recommended.

20cm… not 20inches……These do no inflate to be bea up tidily round balloons, think more like a helium foil balloon. Definitely disappointed.Now to source something else before the event- not the stress I needed to deal with
