Good value, but two suggestions for improvement
Great value and good quality.Two recommendations:Need to buy a good harness for kids. The safety belt included is not enough.Also, the compression spring is stiff. When kids ride the zip line they flip over because the “stop” is too abrupt/hard. Wish the spring had more give.

The media could not be loaded. We were very happy and surprised at the quality of the parts to this Zipline. Kiddo is in heaven.

Todo lo necesario
todo incluid, venia con todas las piezas, las herramientas, los accesorios... mejoraria un poco la calidad de las instrucciones y deberian tener un video paso a paso directo en la compra o cuando se realiza la transaccion.la intruccion escrita esta bien pero podria ser un poco mejor!!! lo hemos usado para toda la familia, desde los 4 años hasta 70 años!!!

Frayed and broke after 2 months
This new and improved zipline frayed and broke after 2 months. The children using it are between 50 and 80 pounds, which is well below the limit. The company failed to respond to my email for replacement and or return.
