These Snack Mate meat sticks are really good! The consistency is very much like a Slim Jim, although not quite so greasy. The taste is delicious! My family has enjoyed all the flavors but the pizza and turkey are the stand-out favorites. These seem to be marketed for children but I find they work really well for adding fast, easy, portable protein into an adult diet when being mindful of overall daily caloric intake. Working on around a 1300 calorie diet makes it challenging to get the right balance of macros in and these really help add protein to diet without many calories. Serving size is two sticks for 50 calories but more often than not my family just eats one for a snack at 25 calories. Easy to pack and go. Really a delightful addition to our diets. Drawbacks are these are pretty pricey, but then again so are most other meat-based snack foods, and at least these have very little added sugar and the ingredients are pretty clean and are a lower fat version than most meat sticks.

Love these meat sticks! They’re not too high in sodium and are very low in calories. Such a great quick snack with great flavors.

I love the taste and great protein snack, kind of expensive for how many you get

These four varieties of meat sticks caught a mixed review in my house. I loved the chicken apple variety, but my family was unimpressed with any of them. I am not the main meat snack eater in my house, but contrary to his feedback I didn't find these to be dry at all and I found the flavors well balanced, thought the plain turkey was dull. It might be a worth a try if you are looking for non-beef and non-pork meat snacks.

The product was delivered on time and as described by seller. They were in a nice orange box. It was a great way to sample the brand's different flavor offerings. I looked at Peaceful Squirrel's other boxes and ordered a few as them as well. I saw that they sell good quality products. Great way to try different products without breaking the bank!

They taste terrible! Very oily and IMO stagnant tasting. Just eww
