A big improvement over FLIR units from a few years ago
I got this product, along with a macro lens, to troubleshoot circuit boards. It is excellent for that, but I'm also impressed with its performance without the macro lens. The unit is very sensitive, and will easily pick up a footprint when walking on concrete with bare feet. The 25 Hz update rate is a big improvement and makes the unit much more pleasant to use than ones with slower frame rate. The visual sensor and combined imaging works well.

Nice camera and features but not good for PCBs.
Did not work well for troubleshooting PCBs in amplifier repair. Guess I’ll just stick with a scope and multimeter.
