Great for holiday crafts with kids!
My granddaughter will be turning five this fall. She loves to color and do other types of crafts. I got these wooden ornaments so she would have the pleasure of coloring them and giving her own homemade Christmas gifts. This kit came with ten pieces, each, of five different designs—bells, snowflakes, ball ornaments, stockings and five-pointed stars. The light-colored wood has been precisely cut and smoothed along the edges. The darker color on the sides makes it look to me like they may have been cut with a laser. The porous surface of the wood is great for gluing on jewels or painting designs. I was able to use acrylic markers to make very precise images. The twine is just the right length to loop through the pre-cut holes in the wood to hang each ornament. At just under $11 for the 50-piece set or $19 for the 100 piece set that includes five other designs, these ornaments are very economical—costing less than 25 cents apiece. School-teachers or Sunday-school leaders could order a set for students to each make a beautiful gift for parents or grand-parents. They would make a great craft for nursing home residents or other adult craft events, too.

Eco friendly Christmas!
I have been converting our Christmas, and birthdays, to using fabric bags with reusable tags for the last five or more years. I have been thinking of what to do for the tags (I’ve been cutting up index cards and attaching to my closure ribbons by punching a hole in them, but they are beat up after so many years!) and when I saw these I had that light bulb moment of painting these and using them as the gift tags! They will also make for cute adornment hanging from the gift, bonus! They are easy to paint and once completed will be used for many more years to come! These could also just be painted and used on your Christmas tree (also eco friendly for us!) or even make a painted garland out of them (with ribbon or uncut raffia), but maybe my out of the box thinking might help some of you out as well! Thank you for reading my review and I do hope you found it helpful!

Excellent for tree ornaments
We will use these wood slice cut outs for tree decorations this year along with some white lights on the tree. I have some paint pens to color and decorate the ornaments to my liking. You get a nice variety of shapes along with loops to hang them up. These are a great size in width and thickness. Perfect craft for adults or kids to be involved in the holiday decorations.

Great deal and fun for Christmas!
I got these for a Christmas party we're having later on this year. All of the kids love doing the arts and crafts and these ornaments give them space to let their creativity flow! I really like them, they're well made, and seem like really good quality. 50 of them? That's a good deal. I can't wait to see what all creations the kids and adults can make with these!
