Update - the company reached out to me to resolve the issues I was having. I had used another cable to charge but when I used the included cable, it charged up perfectly and works as good as it did on day 1 now! I would recommend this product to anyone who has rough heels to smooth out.I loved this device when I first got it, it worked wonders on my rough heels. Then it just started to not really work. I would start using it and it would stop within 2 seconds. So I charged it, thinking that would help. But sadly it did not. Ok so it’s an inexpensive piece of equipment but I thought it would last at least 1 month!

I've invested alot in years on my feet over calluses. This product had mixed reviews but were in inflation economy so I decided to try this. Filed my callus just as well as higher priced products.I read to charge the file for an hour till full first so I did. I noticed it had regular and faster speed which was a nice feature to me.I do recommend this to others, nothing lasts forever and this product works well especially for the selling price.Also after I received my product seller reached out to make sure all is well, that I respect.

This product helped my dry rough heels amazingly!!! I'm highly impressed. My only complaint is that the battery doesn't last s long time. But Def recommend this!!

For the first 30-60 days, this product worked great with biweekly use. Then, between 60-90 days it would hold a charge and now, it’s completely dead.I don’t know if mine was faulty or what but I cannot recommend it. If it won’t last more than 90 days, you’re better off buying something else. Its a shame because it was so great at first.

This one has good power and Cal removing files. I use it right away. It had some charge to it. I have a number of these products, but this was by far the best I highly recommend. Mind you I don’t recommend using the manual twos other than the emery board. Don’t put that kind of metal to your feet.

I charged the product for over 14hours, it stays on for about 10-15seconds and then stops. Doesn’t matter how long you charge it for, it doesn’t work. Very disappointing

A good size device and surprisingly powerful. Really smoothed out my feet with little effort which we like to see. Haven’t used all the different fittings yet but so far I’ve been very impressed with this device. My feet have never been so pampered! Definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  I spend a lot of time on my feet and get really rough skin on my feet especially the heel - i have tried stones, grater things, lotions and scrubs with minimal success - but this little device is brilliant.It is a rotating pumice stone - it came ready charged (but when you need to recharge a usb cable is provided) and it is really easy to use - turn it on and apply to the area ( do not press on too hard or it cannot work its magic) - best results are on dry skin.i really like it - i apologise for my feet in the video but wanted to show how easy it is to use ! ( they are clean - lol!!!) and best to place a towel or something under your foot as the dust / skin does fall off

Has a bunch of accessories but the rollers are that good ypu don’t really need them too but nice added bonus. Excellent price £25 I’ve had expensive ones in the past £79 and no were near as good as this! Excellent
