While it worked, I loved it.
We bought this product when my daughter was 3 months old. It worked great in our apartment. We bought a house and had to set up new internet information on it. The camera initially connected just fine and I was able to see her bed in my phone. Then the same day, it stopped working when I laid her down for a nap. I tried everything in they suggest on their website and app. Nothing work. So I disconnected the camera from my app and tried to add it again but it wouldn’t. It connects to my router but won’t connect to Hubble’s server. The camera literally says “our servers are not responding right now, please try again after some time.” We tried everyday for two weeks. Nothing. After two days, I sent an email to their customer support explaining the situation and received a case number email back which said I should hear from them in 2 business days. After 10 days (7business days) with no response, I emailed them back. Only to receive another case number. It’s been 12 days and have not received any email. They do not have a customer service phone number. So I guess that was $125.00 down the drain ($75.00 for the camera and $50 for the premium subscription) Find something else.

Semi functional
It works for what we need it to, however the connection tends to be finicky here and there and it is sometimes a pain to mess with.

pretty good
it gets the job done but it dose have a habit of over heating and somtimes it thinks when your in the dark that a light is going on and off so it will keep switching which you will hear and the only way to stop it is to complettely un plug it and re plug it back in

Don’t waste your money
Complete waste of money. Don’t rely on these cameras or the app (premium account, too) the customer service does nothing, either. Hubble can’t find anything wrong, I’ve ran speed tests on my internet using the links Hubble provides and even Hubble says everything is good. The cameras reset regularly so I have to put them back into the position I want, and I have to start back up the sound machine feature. I currently can’t access my cameras on the app due to a “connectivity issue”. Hubble won’t refund what I paid for my premium app access because “they can’t find anything wrong on their end”.

Buyer Beware
So camera quality and features are excellent BUT connectivity is awful. They also hard upsell you on every screen and interface. Great idea…good hardware…shame it doesn’t work. Taking it back tomorrow.

Does not work
I had one camera from hubble all set up and working but I could not get this camera working and now I'm stuck with a 70.00 paperweight. Update: the company did send me a new camera that works. I did however wait weeks for the replacement.

Supposed to be the number one baby monitor
It wouldn’t connect. Read the manual front to back, went through all the troubleshooting, reset and reset. I even ordered another one because I figured the device was just defective. Nope, same issue. Don’t waste your money.

Research a different brand…
Purchased from Walmart. Camera quality is great. Connectivity and app are complete dog water. Every time there’s server maintenance, something goes goes wrong. This time, I can tilt/pan the camera at all and for some reason, the image has been mirrored. It makes no sense how they’re doing “maintenance” for their system, yet manage to mess everything up. I’m equally annoyed and impressed they’ve managed it.
