Durable and fun!
Such a cool toy! Comes with characters, very oversized with fun features and sounds! Quite a durable toy taking into consideration that toddlers drop it and such. Great toy!

Best gift for a car lover nephew.
My nephew is obsessed with toy cars like "Hot Wheels" and this gift was perfect. A very fun toy, full of functionality and different sounds. Great value for the gift and the size of the toy is pretty big for the price and my nephew really tried this toy hard smashing all the little cars into it all over the place and the toy is still standing. Highly recommended!

Good, a few things to consider though.
First off, if your kid is a fan of Octonauts Above and Beyond they'll love this. It's a great representation of the Octoray. It seems pretty well built and should last, we've had it for a month without issue. Transforming it is easy enough for my 4 year old to do it by himself. While I recommend getting it, and I want to support Moose Toys I do wish a few things were different about it.- The character should've been Dashi, not Capt Barnacles. Dashi is the captain of the Octoray... my 4 year old son knows this and recognized it right away. Fortunately, someone else got him the terra gup with Dashi for his birthday so at least we had the character.- There should've been more than 1 character. This is an expensive set already, 3 creatures was pretty good but only 1 character is pretty stingy if you ask me.- The elevator is poorly designed. It has catches that are supposed to keep it even with each level, but they really just make moving it up and down frustrating. Not to mention anything falls off because of the jerkiness.- The mini ray. It's a weird feature. I don't think it exists in the show, and it makes the whole thing a bit less stable when in flight mode. It is also kind of tricky to put in right - this is the one thing my 4 year old can't do with it. Taking it off requires a fair amount of force, while putting it on requires lining it up a certain way that isn't visible.Note:This really isn't compatible with the old fisher price octonauts toys. They are made from different plastics, the fisher price ones are heavier and glossy. Somewhat different scale too. My kid keeps the two seperate.
