Absolutely love the sleek black wood grain pattern. Happy to have that red countertop gone, and it was super easy to install with a little patience.It is a bit thinner than expected, so be careful when using pressure to get the seams lined up. It has a little stretch to it, but don't test it to hard. It also adheres extremely well even after pulling it up a couple of times to line it up.One of the seams got a little feisty while I was trying to line it up and ended up with some lightly overstretched spots that kept raising. I used an iron on the lowest setting and simply ran it over the seams a couple of times *BE CAREFUL NOT TO MELT IT. When I say "a couple of times", I mean 2, and at a steady pace, no resting in one spot.Beautiful, inexpensive, non-permanent upgrade in my little apartment 🙏🏻

So, for the price you pay for this, it's actually pretty good. That is the reason why I am giving it 5 stars. Now, you should know that at $6 a roll and for a pretty decent amount of it, it's not going to be super sweet. In saying that though, it is as described, it's thin, it's pretty dang sticky and looks just like the ad says it does. It will rip if you pull to hard on it because its thin but all in all it's not bad for the price and once you get it on whatever your putting it on it stays so I have no complaints. It's a good shelf liner or outside of a bookshelf maybe, idk, did what I needed it to do and the black is a nice black

I love the ease of application, the great look, and price of the paper, however, it is very easily ripped. I accidentally ripped it just smoothing it over with my hand. Luckily, it is placed on a low traffic surface. I would not recommend it for a surface that is gonna get a lot of wear and tear.

Took a chance on this to fix the tops of tables on my porch. I am so happy…they look wonderful!! The product was forgiving when installing…I had to peel it up to remove air bubbles but it went back smoothly.Since the area is in full sun, I will see how it holds up. But I have plenty left over if I need to replace it.

I've worked with peel and stick wallpaper on several other projects, and this is by far the worst. Very thin. Rips extremely easy. Almost impossible to get out all the air bubbles. They suggest to use a credit card to smooth out bubbles but the wallpaper is so thin that applying just a little pressure to work them out causes the finish to rub off. I found it best to use my fingers to work them out. Best part of the wallpaper paper is the adhesive, very strong.Would not use this product again.

About five years ago, I ordered an inexpensive set of living room coffee table and end tables. The film was very thin and easily scratched. I couldn’t complain. Great price.But now, the surface was really toast. Nothing else was wrong with them. I was about to replace them, but then I ran into this.Before anything else, I carefully cleaned the surface with water and wiped it down. You don’t want particles telegraphing their presence from under the film.It applies easily. It has its own adhesive backing. Slowly peel back the paper that it comes attached to and work an inch or two at a time.The best tools for applying this comes at the end of your arms… your hands! Carefully rub crinkles and air out from under the film.I flipped the table over and carefully trimmed away the excess film.Presto! New table top. It looks better than new!I’m impressed with the ease of installation and the pattern. A woods pattern is deeply embossed into the new film. I’m adding some pictures to this review.Would I buy this again? Oh yeah! I can recommend this without hesitation.

I bought this contact paper to switch out the color of my desk when I started working from home. When we all started working from home and with supply chain issues I was not able to get the desk I wanted so I had to settle for what was available. I had this contact paper on my desk for about a year and a half before deciding to part ways with it.Is it worth it for the price?Yes, but with a caveat. It's worth it if you're not too hung up on perfection or if you're a pro at applying contact paper to furniture.Positives:The thickness of this contact paper surprised me—it's really sturdy! The wooden grain texture is a winner too. It doesn't look cheap because the pattern isn't too repetitive.Neutral:One saving grace is that if you mess up while sticking the paper, you can usually pull it off without tearing it. For my lack of experience this was a nice to have because I did mess up quite a few times. It probably didn't help that my first project was a very large desk that required a lot of precise and flat application of the contact paper.Negatives:Now, here's the tricky part. The adhesive didn't seem as sticky as I hoped or as all the YouTube videos I watched promised it would be. People usually tend to advertise contact paper for a fairly longer term solution in upgrading your furniture but this was not my personal experience. Even after applying heat to get rid of air bubbles they started showing up on the surface after a few weeks. But that was not even the worst part compared to the fact it started peeling at the corners pretty much immediately.Overall:I don't want to blame the contact paper entirely for my less-than-ideal experience. Truth be told, it was my first attempt at using this stuff on furniture. If you're a DIY pro, you might make it work. For beginners like me, it could be a bit challenging. Despite the hiccups, the quality and texture are there, making it a decent option if you're up for the challenge or have some experience under your belt.

The color and quality of the product is not as per the photo show. The product which I have received is grey color and not black. There is no return or replacement option available for this product. So you cannot return if you are not satisfied with the product. Also the product is not worth for the 999rs I paid.

It looks as good as in the photo and relatively easy to apply but it has the following shortfalls;1- it is not scratch resistant2- it is not heat resistant and potential problems on sun exposure, better to use it indoor.3- problem with bubble forming no matter what technique you would employ.4- vertical versus horizontal application can appear quite different in terms colour intensity and pattern appearance.
