If it only came with instructions on how to get my co-workers to actually use it it would be perfect. It works well but you have to download the software to configure it. Two things that it is supposed to do but currently mine does not is keep multiple logs, and use Daylight savings. There are options to enable both of those but it does not do it and will not save the setting. I don't think it's user error but. . . . Otherwise, it is excellent

Nice product. Compact and records both temperature and humidity. A bit fiddly to use. I had one sitting outside for four days collecting - nothing - because I hadn’t set it to record. The small display and subtle status symbols require some acuity to avoid such errors. I also over recorded data once when I tried to stop it recording and managed to start it again in the same button press. The instructions aren’t perfect and I am still not sure if the behavior of the product matches them. The PC SW app is simple and effective although I cannot get it to export anything other than a pdf file. I would prefer a csv or xls. But, I think it is a cost effective tool for your average tech tool kit.

The data is displayed very nicely with the software you download. With the software you can change the parameters. Without it though you can still see the data as a pdf line graph. Very happy with it. I used it to track humidity levels in small container for delicate instruments.

The user instructions included with this data logger are not user friendly . . in a general population users way. There is a lack of coordination on how to "actually" use this device within the documentation provided. There are Lists, tables, leader bubbles, data lists shown in the User-Manual, and are not-helpful in trying to actually use the device. ~Elitech Technology. I am unable to determine software interface usage because I cannot get that far. My last data logger was fairly user friendly.

Works well.kind of hard to put it in record mode and just and hard to stop the record mode.but when plugged in to computer/laptop it puts all the data into very easy to read graph format

We really like the Elitech data logger but these units do not come with a wall mount in the packaging. If you plan to mount them on the wall you'll have to figure it out. We had a different brand before and were able to use their wall mount for 2 of them. Now to try and see if I can buy the competitors brackets separately. I have suggested that Elitech add a wall mount to the packaging or at least offer as an add on.

It's well-designed and constructed, the software is effective and runs on my iMac, and the device works as advertised. My disappointment is in its slow response time, taking an hour to equilibrate fully after a big temperature change (13 minute 1/e time constant). I gather that if I want rapid response, I should get a device with a probe on a wire.

Producto practico en su uso y de tamaño comodo para colocarlo en cualquier lugar. Lo ocupo para registrar datos en camaras frigorificas donde almacenan embutidos. Solo es configurarlo en una compu y despues dejarlo trabajar por el tiempo deseado. Lo volveria a comprar.

quality of product was not up to the mark humidity is not accurately measured by equipment

Neither my iMac or Windows machine generates a PDF file from this device. I wonder if the company has maintained their license to do this? I purchased the same device some 3 years ago under the brand "Temtop" and everything worked fine then. Please pass this info on to Elitech.
