Nice variety but I broke one within a month
I liked the set especially because it was good variety for someone like me using them for physical therapy. However I snapped the medium in 4 weeks of PT workouts If you use them for strength work outs, I don’t think they’d survive.

Good Cheap Starting Set of Bands
Very good set to start with. If you need more length or resistance you can get a more specific or expensive set of bands. These are good for beginners, phys therapy at home etc. Cheap, nice bag for home or travel.

After trying several, these are the ones I chose
I tried several different bands, and decided to stick with these. They’re inexpensive, but high quality! I like that the resistance is printed on each band, but also that the bands are colored for easy identification during a workout. They stretch well with even resistance, and I haven’t had any issues at all with them grabbing my skin or rolling up during workouts. They return to original form, so they’ll stay true for a long time.

Honestly, pretty upset with these. I tried the "extra heavy weighted one" and there was like zero resitance lol. I would have considered that to be a very light resistance band. Will be returning!
