It's like carrying a flashlight that can save your phone from dying. I love how compact it is. I can throw it in my back pocket and it's there when I need it. The only thing I would have changed is to have included a charging cable, but I have one for my phone so it's not like I needed it. For the price I couldn't find another power bank like it.The power ports aren't loose. The connections are good and do not wiggle. The button to turn the flashlight on is very quiet and doesn't take much to turn it on. This is why I always make sure the button and power ports are up when placing the flashlight in my pocket. I haven't accidentally bumped the flashlight on since there is a rim around the botton and port area.The flashlight is bright enough to get out the door in the middle of the night and get to your vehicle. It's a very nice feature. There is also a rim at the location the flashlight emits light, this keeps you from scratching the flashlight lens.This power bank has been working great for me. I am returning it today for a refund. Based on other reviews, I am not going to bother with trying another one. I have a Samsung S6 - bought this thinking it would be nice if my emergency charger had a flashlight since I travel so much. I will go back to two devices.1. Does not provide a charging cord. Even the free ones I have picked up at conferences have that.2. Charged the pack for 2 days (with my own cord, which works with other devices) until red light finally went off. Next day we lost power so I attached it to my phone; left it "charging" my phone overnight (was at 38% when I put it on this power pack) - next morning the phone was at 36% battery. I have very few auto-pushes, and frankly our internet was down because of the power outage, so don't see what would have been using battery with the phone asleep and plugged into this pack. I'll just pick up a new freebie at the next conference I attend. They don't last long, but at least they provide a charge when needed for awhile. I'll continue to carry my own LED flashlight, which is the same size and is brighter anyway.

I love this thing. It's compact, comes in great colors, charges quickly too. I keep one in my purse and one in my car.

Kept my phone charged all through my vacation. Small enough to fit in my small purse with no issues.

Really cool with flashlight feature. I wish it came with cord so i didnt have to buy one. I bought a different power bank and that one came with one.

This a little heavy but works well to recharge my phone when I'm away and taking too many photos!
