I've been trying very hard to take care of the nonstick-ness. They're actually very easy to clean without much scrubbing. Nonstick is great. I cook tons of things with no sticking. It's lovely. My mom uses her own pans to cook but takes these to use to store food in a put in the fridge haha. The removable handles are great and they feel good too. I think one of the pots doesn't have a glass lid that fits it but it's all good.You can see some discoloration over time. Like when you burn some stuff on the pan, it'll stay a bit dark. But it hasn't affected the nonstick. Just be careful to use silicon tools. Wooden tools can scratch it too.

Best possible set for using in the motor home. I have been using my CAROT 11 piece nonstick cookware set for over a year now. It all fits and stacks together in one small space in my motor home! It is so versatile, pot, pan, bowl: burner to oven, oven to table, table to fridge or cleanup. Easy to use, food does not stick, looks great on the table, sturdy removable handle, cooking lid and storage lids for 2 sizes of pans are interchange able.If I had to do it over, or if I ever need a set for my house I would order the Midnight black set!.Go for it, you won't be disappointed.

I love these pots and pans! They are my new favorite. They are wonderful and easy to cook with! Cook nice and evenly. They do not stick and the removable handles are so handy to help With storage. Clean up is a breeze! I have never had to even scrub anything I have cooked yet! It sprayed out with ease. I liked these so well I bought another set and got rid of all my other pots and pans.

I was so excited when I got these pans! They are so easy to use and love the idea of removing the handle for storage. They are easy to clean and really nonstick. Not even eggs stick to these pans!The reason why I have it 4 starts instead of 5 is because of the handle. It got stained after the very first time I used the pans. I was expecting a little more durability but it’s ok.The pans come with lids, they are not airtight lids, but they are ok to just use the pans and put it in the fridge with any leftovers.I have had these pans for a couple of months now and so far they still look like new., except for the handle. Make sure to follow the instructions for cleaning them and not to use them in high heat.

If you have been thinking about buying these- do it! I replaced all my old pots and pans and am so so happy with these. First of all, they are SO light, you can hold the whole set with ease- and they’re not cheap feeling at all. In fact, they just look pretty. They are made so well, when I cook sticky things I can slide the sticky right off with warm water before I even start scrubbing. My food is coming out cooked and tasting better. The pans heat well, and keep your food warm with the cooking lids. The storage lids are the cherry on top, no need to dirty a Tupperware! Also, I highly recommended their cooking utensils as well. I bought the lighter off white color and was a little worried they’d stain. Tonight we made tacos and even that didn’t stain them!So clearly, look no further. You want these!

The media could not be loaded. 2nd Update: the company was responsive & offered to replace the scratched pan so I increased the star rating to a 3 but still dying think they are sturdy enough to be longterm daoly use pansUPDATE: see the pictures I have used nothing but wooden or Teflon spoons/spatula & there are marks all over this pan!! Very poor coating quality so if you plan on stirring, mixing basically cooking in this pan steer clear! This is going to be returned. Way too much money for only a couple weeks of use but wear look of a year! & I cannot reiterate enough how annoying it is to not ba able to use the handle while cooking!I really wanted to like these pans they are lightweight & I like the color but the website is very misleading. First and foremost this removable handle when you look at the instructions is not to be used while cooking because the heat can damage it!! Call me strange but I like to stabilize my pants when I am stirring or mixing and I think it is crazy that I cannot hold my pan and I have to remove the handle! I have kind of solved this by keeping the handle beside the pan and only using it when absolutely necessary but I've been cooking a lot of years and I am very used to holding the handle to stabilize a pan anytime I am stirring or doing anything the last thing I want is a hot pan with food spilling on me or around me because I don't have a handle on it. The other thing that was misleading was it said it was dishwasher safe but then when you look at the instructions for care it suggests hand washing. Now here's the real kicker I've had it for maybe a couple weeks used it four or five times with ONLY a wooden spoon and it is already showing scrapes and signs of wear which is really disappointing because I'm the only one who has used the pan and I know I have not mistreated it I have also only hand washed it per the instructions. As stated in other reviews the lids do not seal so the storage in the refrigerator is not ideal you still have to use something else to cover it unless you want other refrigerator smells in your food or it drying out.On a positive note once again they are attractive looking, and they are very lightweight which is nice when cooking. I am still not sure if I'm going to keep these items though because with all the Cons and how much I paid for this item I don't think it'll last very long and I don't think it is worth the extra hassle. I do see that there is a warranty on it so I'm tempted to keep a little bit longer but I have a feeling they're going to try to say that it's just been misused or normal wear and tear and not honor the warranty if I don't return it before the window closes. just something to think about if you are considering purchasing these.
