I have had this product for a little over a week now, but hadn't the chance to break it open as I was away on vacation when it arrived. First let me just say, I had been contemplating purchasing such a device for about 6 months now for health/therapeutic reasons, but for whatever reason mostly time constraints and lack of knowledge about oils for such purposes, I never made the purchase. Well. I got the chance to review this item and I must say, I am in love with it. So far I have only tried a couple of the suggestions listed in the enclosed booklet (very nice touch as there are suggested uses with suggested oil combinations that also include effective purpose explanations.) So far, I have received benefits indeed. Additionally, the product is nicely packaged, looks good as you can see from the attached photos, and this comes with a full box of oils. Thats huge for me. Like I said, this was a review purchase but I promise you I am using it and will certainly continue to use it a lot. I am also considering purchasing and gifting to a family member that I know could benefit from this product. I may actually purchase a few for Christmas gifts this year. I definitely recommend this item.

The media could not be loaded.  This makes my second oil diffuser/humidifier that I have bought and I am pleased once again. I actually like this one better lol. It is more sleek looking, smaller and packs a punch plus it runs longer than my first one. I mainly got this for my son’s room because he was obsessed with mine in my bedroom because of the changing lights. And he still wants to sleep with a nightlight so I thought this would give a softer glow yet infused the air with relaxing aroma (I use lavender in his) in his room. And with winter coming up he tends to get nosebleeds for the dry heat...hoping this will help with that also. So far I have been pleased with the product. It has a continual, non-stop mist, and the dormant mode or Interval mode that will last 10-12 hours when Totem is full. Continuous mode lasts 5-6 hours when it is full. It has seven colors it cycles thru or you can keep it on one color and adjust the brightness. It’s very quiet so no humming to disturb the sleep, but best of all it HAS AN AUTO SHUT OFF WHEN THE WATER IS GONE!With all this little diffuser offers, Its just a great product! I and my son loves the glow at night while he trying to fall asleep and the oils helps him to drift off to sleep! Win, win for mom and son! Happy Dreams!

I purchased the Natrogix top nine essential oils along with the TOTEM diffuser. What prompted me to purchase was the positive review of those who have tested the essential oils. It's important to me that essential oils are more than aromatherapy and are in fact therapeutic grade. The price of the oils is phenomenal in comparison.I am enjoying the diffuser for air quality and health benefits in conjunction with the essential oils, and especially appreciative of the inclusive Quickstart Guide and free ebook listing the benefits/uses/blends. It's early days yet, but I'm very happy with my purchase so far and am very excited to experiment with the oils. As with anything, time will tell!Thank you, Natrogix for providing quality and affordable therapeutic essential oils along with a simple, easy-to-use diffuser. The lighting feature is particularly nice as well.

(update 2)The company had sent me an additional Totem Diffuser and it works great! This was by far the most pleasant experience I have had with a company regardless of the bumps we hit. I will be shopping here in the future and I have already been referring people this product. The oils are outstanding and so is the costumer service.Much love(update)This company went out of its way to make things right and me a happy customer. They had sent me not one but two replacement kits because the first had gotten lost in the mail, which was completely out of the company's hands. However the second can't they had sent me 1 of the essential oils leaked which was better because the last three of the nine bottles leaked. This my be an issue with the shipping company though.This first diffuser was missing a piece that the second diffuser came with however neither of them worked.Despite the problems I had with the product itself I would order through this company again as the customer service I received was outstanding. I will be trying out a different defuser through them soon.(Original review)Firstly, 3 of the 9 bottles were leaking but unopened upon arrival, I came to that conclusion because the booklet was covered in oil and 3 bottles were less full than the other 6. I figured it was no big deal as stuff like that happens. But after reading the directions(twice) I set up and started using the defuser EXACTLY how the directions say(I'm a tad bit ocd when it come to directions). The defuser leaked everywhere, the light was able the only thing not broken. I feel like I was scammed and will be getting my money back. Poor quality in my opinion.

We have terrible allergies (plus a dog!), and my girlfriend suffers from severe insomnia as well as aches and pains associated with Lupus and Myleofibrosis; so far in very few days, we can definitely tell a difference in quality of life! We can't wait to order more oils and use them all around the house as well as diffusing them!! We won't purchase any other other that's for sure! However, I would not purchase the Totem diffuser again as it is cool with the lights, but doesn’t diffuse well.
