Value for money
The media could not be loaded. Very good product at cheapest rate. I like that it comes with cover and pH tester. Delivery is fast and i received in safe condition no any damage.

Product good but not universally fitted for taps and shower
Product is good. Just it doesn’t get fitted well with the taps and shower. Quality is good and not difficult to install. Must provide some fittings for different taps.

Tds meter ok good, but ph solution received 1 bottle full and another bottle found opened and empty .

Avoid at all cost
It's fundamental problem is that it leaks. I tried everything possible from using thread tape to extra rubber lining to reduce inlet water flow but it didn't stop dripping. It will either drop from inlet filter car or from outlet filter case. But mostly from outlet filter case... Nothing possible to make it functional. Serious design flaw....2500 wasted... cannot share video as removed it and kept it because continuous dripping makes bathroom wet plus will cause faster rusting of washing machine

The media could not be loaded. - review after installation 1day @Rs835- plastic material with steel shine coating.- perfect fit with Cera shower no leakage.- adds extra length so causes lower shower height- warranty policy is complicated and need to send and receive from manufacturer at own courier cost.- no water pressure drop- package is good and delivery is as expected- need to see performance after long run ?

Good customer service
It was easy to install. but the connectors are kinda delicate. What impressed me was their service. when i brought to their notice about broken connector , they gave me replacement parts promptly.I cant comment on the water quality yet as am yet to use it for few months
