I purchased this air fryer April 2, 2023 and it is now November 28, 2023 and its completely dead. I've cleaned it after every use and unplug it when it's not being used to protect it and of course to cut down on use of electricity when the home is not occupied. Went to cook some bacon tonight and plugged it in and I got nothing. Not even a damn spark. When it was working it cooked perfectly. MY WARNING TO NEW CUSTOMERS: If you want to give away your money, just write me the damn check because even if you purchase this item with the Asurion Warranty, if it goes out before a year, Asurion is going to refer you to the Manufacturer which I can't seem to find or contact through the website, so my money is gone. I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANYMORE ANYTHING FROM DEIME, EVER AGAIN!!*BE SURE TO READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASE, ESPECIALLY THE 5 AND 3 STARS BECAUSE MOST WARNINGS COMES UNDER THOSE STARS. I GUESS THEY HIDE THE 2 AND 1 STAR REVIEWS WELL, SO PEOPLE WILL PUT 5 STARS, BUT THE REVIEW OF THE PRODUCT IS BAD. MAKE SURE YOU DIG AND REVIEW WELL‼️*I COULDNT FIND ANY BAD REVIEWS AT THAT TIME. I bought this air fryer and was really excited as it was going to be my first one. Unfortunately my husband passed away right after so I didn't open it for several months. When I finally did, it was beautiful and It did make the most delicious rotisserie chicken. I used it another time to make fries and they were perfect. The 3rd time I used it, it kept shutting off and I had to keep opening and reclosing the door to keep it going. Seemed like there was maybe some door sensor trouble? Anyway, now it won't turn on at all and since it took me so long to open it, I can't get a replacement or refund. Sad though. I loved everything about it until it stopped working.

I purchased this air fryer back in October and barely used it and now 4 months later,it stopped working.Not a reliable product if only lasts 4 months with minimal usage.Unsatisfied customer…UPDATE: after DEIME found out about my bad experience not only did they reach out to me but the gave me a FULL REFUND of my purchase order.Very difficult to find a Company like that nowadays.Obviously they stand behind their product.EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.THANK YOU DEIME!!!!

I love that it's easy to clean because I clean after each use to not allow built up of grease. Its super lightweight and sleek. I just say be mimdful to check you food prior to presets times.I dehydrated my left over fries but feel had they been frozen then to timing might have been perfect. Other that that fairly good for a off brand. First time with a pull down oven door type. I have a small bucket pull open and it wasn't this flexible. I love the rotating basket...it looks cool and food cook evenly.Update 11.23Fyi BUY/ADD THE INSURANCE! It literally just stopped working one day. Like one month shy of the year mark. It lookes brand new literally and glad I saved the box so I can return it for warranty. I have yet to return it because it's literally a hassle to find the information in my email. Everyday since October I state I will locate the warranty information to start the return and forget. Lucky for me I got the two year warranty. I suggest on electronic especially off brands...GET THE WARRANTY. It was amazing when it was working. I only used the two wired trays and fry basket once (it literally dehydrated my fies) all in all other parts are still in original packaging.Hope this help, I love this oven style airfryer. I received my daughter's 7 in air fryer and they are small; but, it is only me and I was happy. However, I had to buy pans to accommodate it because my regular baking pans were too large. This was one from many many years ago when they first came out. It suddenly stopped working. I am hooked on a air fryer and knew I needed another one and there it was - 12 quarts (large) that could do all of this fantastic stuff - plus it had a light with a window to see what is going on inside while something is cooking. My old one I had to pull the tray out because I had no window to look at it and so this is a great feature!!! Also, it is a little over 11 inches interior and I did not have to go to the expense of buying baking pans for it - I had them. So, I am thrilled over it!!! Now, my personality I have to research and ponder before I purchase something and I had questions. I narrowed it down to two air fryers and Deime responded immediately with my many questions. The other company responded in about a week and I told them you were too slow I already purchased one from another company. Hey, I knew I did not want to purchase something from a company that did not respond right away should I have an issue with their product. I cannot rave enough about the "outstanding" customer support Deime has given me. I am 77 and I have asked some dumb questions that would not be dumb for you younger folks; but, they have been there for me. You will never go wrong buying one of their air fryers!!!

I was using the AirFryer for a few months… I cooked everything in there. My go to was chicken wings and burgers. One day it just stops working and I about cried. Usually I don’t need anything that bad to reorder or worry customer service about, but I felt helpless. Im not a big cooker but I can AirFryer the mess out of some meat. Let’s not even talk about air fried bacon I was missing out on. I had to use my backup mini air fryer for the time being, which was literally tragic. I had to reportion how I cooked things, it was horrible. I reached out to the company and they were so helpful with sending me a new AirFryer. I can finally go back to being an imposter chef. Thank you so much!! I’ve talked to my employees about getting one. I definitely recommend. The double racks makes everything super easier.

It was great while it lasted but we bought it a little over a year ago and this week it randomly died.
