I’m allergic to iron so these are good multivitamins
My doctor told me I’m allergic to iron so I got these no-iron multivitamins with minerals. They’re small enough and easy enough to swallow so I like that feature too. I don’t really like the really large vitamins that are out there so these are really nice. You just take one a day. I highly recommend these!

Check the ingredients and total % of daily use of Natures Blend before w/o iron purchase
I took one of these and felt a little dizzy and off after a while. I wondered if it could be the vitamin pills, so I read the ingredients - there were a lot I never heard of, and some of them were over the daily dosage required. I decided not to take anymore, and refrain from using this brand.
