Update to the update 16 October 2018: We've ordered for the third time now. This has truly become part of our everyday routine. I have had two days that things got away from me and I didn't get my daily scoop... I definitely felt a difference - slightly fatigued/sluggish. But was right back on track the next day. It's continuing to help my skin tone/texture, and joints. Hard to say about any help with weight loss as I'm going through the change and seem to have zero control over that area, but my energy is up and with that my overall mood is better which leads to more willingness to move and get some exercise. So I usually have mine mixed in my daily smoothie or my homemade matcha latte, my husband mixes his with his morning coffee. There may be a slight thickening (almost creamy like) to what you mix it with, but it's nothing that changes the original flavour (ie: coffee still tastes like coffee, etc).Update: My husband and I started using the Perfotek Collagen Peptides Hydrolyzed Powder on July 1, 2018, so it's going on two months. We both have determined this is now as important a staple as our regular groceries! Both of us see continued improvement to the overall texture and appearance of our skin (my first priority). My joints are noticeably less sore (my second priority), and I've noticed better muscle strengthening from even my low impact exercises. I wish I could give this Collagen Peptides a 10+ because it sure deserves it! Do you suffer from painful joints, old broken bones that on cold wet winter days still give you a fit, and/or painful arthritis, or a stubborn trigger finger that wants to lock up on you??? Never knew that my boneless/skinless selections at the supermarket were such poor choices in my overall bone health... Our bodies absolutely needs collagen to thrive and keep us pain free. Take it on a completely empty stomach (at least one hour after eating, but two is so much better) and right before you go bed. I been using this product for a few months now and I have to say that its works great. I been using it with my other work out supplements to help avoid loose skin from my weight loss. I take a scoop of this in the morning with my oatmeal, which blends well and no weird tastes like other collagen I have taken. I take another scoop after my work out with my protein drink. I feel like my skin has been getting healthier and some old joint injuries hurting less. In regards to the loose skin I can't really compare because I started taking it since I started loosing weight as oppose to not taking it while loosing, but i am sure it is helping me keep tight. I even got my parents taking them and they love it too, they eat it with oatmeal or mix it with their coffee. I will keep buying from Perfotek, great product and great value with the double pack.
