Gloves that actually work!
The media could not be loaded. I needed some gloves that offered me protection because I have a lot of sun damage skin on my arms and instead of wearing long sleeve shirts I happen to find women’s gardening reading working gloves made from leather. They’re thorn proof, there’s no stabbing from roses or cactus, they’re great for digging. They’re great for planting and pruning. The gloves measure 17.7 inches along And on me that goes from my tips of my fingers all the way to my elbows, which protects me 100% from the sun. These gloves are made with the finest thickest cowhide, and you think that they would be very heavy and bulky, but they’re not your fingers can flex easily. They’re durable very easy to work in. They offer excellent hand and arm, protection. I’ve never found any gloves that offer the quality and the thickness that these do. I’m extremely pleased with them and they come in three different sizes medium large and extra large. I was able to prune my entire rose garden without a scratch and I decided to see just how good they are. I grabbed the bottom part where most of the thorns were, and I squeezed hard and not a single thorn came off or stabbed me. I was really super impressed. Next, I tried one of my cactus plants. I transplanted it from one pot to another. I actually grabbed the cactus by the thorns and it didn’t stab me and did not come through the leather. The functionality of these gloves is that you can do anything I prune some trees. The branches stab me in the arms, but I didn’t feel it cause it didn’t go through. The price for these gloves is phenomenal. They’re very inexpensive. The quality is very high and I’m very happy with it. On the palms of the gloves, there are extra leather to protect your hands and also your fingertips. I have long natural fingernails and most of the time my fingers go through the gloves but on these Not a thing it protected my nails and the sturdy leather stayed true to form. If you have gardening work to do or working with chickens or other farm animals even laying fence and putting fence up, they won’t stab you and they have not torn and I’m very impressed. I highly recommend these gloves for anyone who wants to do yard work and who also wants to protect their arms from whatever can happen from scrapes to cuts you won’t have any of those while you wear these gloves. It should be a must have if you’re going to garden or if you’re farming They’re excellent. Very high-quality product very well made very easy lightweight and not bulky at all. And they don’t make you sweat inside your arms or your hands get all sweaty. It’s like they breathe. It’s a definite five star and if I could rate it higher, I would.

Whenever these wear out, I'll definitely buy another pair
I got these because we have a lot of blackberry briars in our yard and I kept getting poked when trying to cut/carry them. The long cuff provides arm protection when carrying. They are made of genuine leather, are comfortable enough and seem durable. My hands did smell like leather afterwards, but I don't really consider that any kind of drawback. I worked with them for a few hours and only got one poke (on the side of a finger where there's no padding). Overall, I'm very satisfied with the gloves. They provided excellent protection and in some cases I was able to just pull the smaller briars straight out of the ground without worry.

These gloves work!
These gloves fit great, are very comfortable & do help a lot when removing barberry & wild roses. Might feel a thorn here & there but thorns haven't gotten totally through the leather. They are much better than any glove I've had before & I would buy them again.

No Pricks From My Cactus
I have tried other gloves, and the thorns seem to pop through. But with these gloves, I didn’t get pricked at all. I have a 5 foot cactus that needed repotted, I was able to pull the cactus out of the pot and get it in the new pot with not thorns getting me hands or arms. I ordered the large size and they were a tad tight. I did measure before ordering but still went with a size up. Ordering another pair to keep on hand as I have another thorny cactus that needs replanted but will need a second person to help. I feel confident in these gloves holding up. So happy to have discovered these. Well worth the money.

These have saved my hands from some nasty cuts
I've really been torture testing these gloves through mud and thorny Californian plants this past several months and the leather is holding up incredibly well. My backyard is a jungle of thorns and I've slowly been chopping them down every weekend all winter long.Just this morning I accidentally swiped my hand into a rose bush while cutting my lawn with so much force that a few thorns broke off the branch and embedded themselves deep into the gloves. I pulled the gloves off expecting the worst but escaped with just a tiny scratch. I might just buy an extra pair for when these finally give out, but at this rate, that could take a while.

The quality for that price is amazing
These long leather gloves are perfect. Make sure to measure you hands for the right size, I wish I had bought them long ago as the long length is wonderful, I am on chemo and my skin scratches and bruises very easily, these really protect your skin. You won't be sorry, order some right now and you will have them tomorrow! Oh and they are soft and comfortable, so we'll made!
