OCEAN STAR TECH. 10" Spun Filter: A Good filter
So far have used two spun filters for my family R.O Purifier;1) For specified 5 micron thickness dirt/sediment/visible micro particles blocking/trapping is very good.2) Not much reduction in the flow from the spun filter housingflask: No significant change in the output flow which is entry point input to the R.O. filter machine which is good.3) Life time/ frequency of change depends on several factors like Usage of the filter, overhead tank cleanliness, borewell/ municipal water/ conventional well water condition and/ or water level and surrounding water bodies. For my family ( Mom,Dad and me; Plastic overhead tank with 1 HP jet motor for pumping underground water and on an average 22 liters of filtered water consumption daily; Largest waterbody Nellore City Lake nearly one hundred meters away) considering all the above conditions have changed the filter for around 45(forty-five) days.

Spun filter exact fit for outer Filter - Aquagrand
Its a Good fit for aquagrand outer filter which increases life in internal filter by 30%. Change this spun filter in ever 3 Months. Maintain record of TDS level. Specially do checks monthly in Rainy season. A perfect product.
