From hardware point of view the phone is nice, but system contains a lot of uninstallable bloatware. Most dangerous from it is something that they call "knox security system": system service that have access to everything in the phone and require Internet access to control. Once you connect to the Internet first time the knox immediately starts communicating with control servers and if you try to restrict the connection it will lock core hone functionality like task switching and USB connectivity "according to security policy".According to Samsung's technical support, there is no way to disable or remove this software from system without loosing warranty. Knox security system effectively protects "your" phone from you, doesn't matter if you don't need this.So buying Samsung's phone, keep in mind that it is not you buying phone, it is Samsung buying you for your money!

Ho comprato questo prodotto Perché cercavo un telefono almeno di gamma media come prestazioni con batteria rimovibile e dual Sim. Questo telefono aveva queste caratteristiche quindi l’ho comprato subito. Ho deciso di spendere un po’ di più comprandolo da Amazon anziché da un venditore terzo perché già in passato mi erano capitati i problemi con venditori terzi in merito a prodotti difettosi che ho dovuto far riparare io in un centro di assistenza italiano.in questo caso il telefono funzionava benissimo all’arrivo. Per le caratteristiche hardware il prezzo che l’ho pagato superiore ai 500 euro è decisamente esoso, è un telefono con 128 giga di spazio e sei giga di RAM con un processore medio alto di gamma. Un’altra questione è quella del peso che è un po’ più importante rispetto a quello a cui ormai si è abituati anche la batteria seppure removibile non ha una durata superiore alla media ma comunque è buona. Stante queste caratteristiche comunque è uno dei pochissimi telefoni sul mercato ad essere molto resistenti e con diverse certificazioni anti urto , alla batteria rimovibile (il che è un plus non da poco come per la riparabilità) alla doppia Sim e la micro SD ha una connessione veloce tramite il 5G e snapdragon 778 e un modem x53. Non solo tutto questo : gli aggiornamenti software sono abbastanza frequenti rispetto a quelli della concorrenza. Sono felicissimo di averlo comprato pur consapevole che allo stesso prezzo avrei potuto prendere un telefono leggermente più performante ma ho scelto questo perché ha caratteristiche uniche ed utilissime, è resistente, oltre a numerose altre finezze tecniche che oggi sono sempre più rare. Spedito molto rapidamente da Amazon e molto facile da usare. Lo consiglio a chi avesse le mie stesse esigenze.

I sat with my order pending for 2 months as the descriptions (all retailers iirc) say it's Android 8. Since I wanted latest Android Auto, I'd need to update and select android 13 appropriate for the model that's not coming directly from Samsung.HAPPY TO SAY: it came with Android 13 pre-installed - but why can't retailers get that detail updated on their merchant sites? ( Was it ever available with 8.1?)Battery came at 60% and I was worried beforehand about either my old or new phone have the battery die in mid transfer - as no way to get charge in if direct connection ( I tried a chargeable hub but unsuccessful getting either phone to charge when linked).Used Samsung smart switch - and the good news is that I could install it on my old phone in send mode and when connections are inevitably lost (old phone a bit fragile), the process seems eminently continuable from the last activity. Leastwise I've not found an issue.I found my chargers and wall sockets were not powerful enough to stop the xcover from draining charge, so I accepted defeat, powered off and charged to 100% overnight.On continuation, I left both phones on charge and did the transfer on 5Ghz WiFi side by side ( not certain they talked directly rather than via hub, but nothing to lose😎).My old phone was nearly 128GB full and I've been skimming larger files for a few months and had backed up all media. Unfortunately, the working free space on the old phone was more than offset by the larger Samsung-Android image and so I just had to not transfer any videos.I've ordered a 45W charger and the next trick is to order a spare battery - the ability to exploit that was much of the rationale for the new phone anyway!Testing app migration for the next few days.

Smartphone di ottima qualità, stabile e robusto. E' dotato di ben due tasti programmabili a cui si può assegnare la funzione desiderata. Gli unici nei negativi, se così si possono definire, sono il peso e le dimensioni che lo rendono poco "tascabile". Ma a prescindere da ciò, se queste caratteristiche non inficiano negativamente, per il resto può essere considerato un apparecchio affidabile molto adatto all'impiego lavorativo

Wie im Titel schon gesagt waren das 3 Wichtige Dinge die ich wollte die mit den aller neuesten Smartphones seltsamerweise nicht mehr gab. Zwei Dinge die mich nerven ist bei SIM Karten oder SD Karten Wechsel muss man seine Batterie rausnehmen was ich nicht mag und das die Aux Klinke oben ist anstatt unten wo ich immer es falschrum drehe nachdem Ich YouTube Videos angucke auch nach 1 Monat. Ansonsten erfüllt es alles was ich für mein typischen Alltag alles brauche. 4/5 gibt von mir.
