Worked fine for a while, then the pepper mill gradually lost power, can no longer grind pepper and doesn't hold it's charge at all. Shame it has to go to landfill.

Received one set broken. The seal that keeps the top on the bottom had snapped. Returned for another set.The second set arrived and one of them wouldn’t take a charge. Useless. They also seem underpowered as they struggled to mill the pepper.I would most certainly not recommend.

These electronic salt and pepper mills are very good quality. Very easy to fill, easy to use via one hand if needed. They charge via usb and the charge really last's a long time. Each has a base cover to keep things fresh. They look very stylish on any dinning table. The price is a bit high but they are made by Salter a very reputable company.

Feels as though the pepper grinder can struggle with grinding the peppercorns which is my only reservation. Otherwise seems a solid piece of kit.

The battery life is very short and also even with the battery fully charged it struggle too grind black pepper.Salt is ok, I did not try with any other spices.

Since we purchased these, they have only managed to charge once, and I will now both dead. I have attempted to contact Salter directly, but it seems to be an impossible task as I’m now going to try and get hold of Amazon which I know is also pretty difficult.

These are appalling, barely hold charge.
