needs soldering. Feels robust
Looks like an easy to fit connector.I needed a new plug for my old power station and this is the correct size replacement.The metal pin connections are solderable.You get the end to fit onto your existing cable which has the female side and the bit that it matches on your gadget which is the male side.There is a tightening gland on the cable part which is a good match for my 3/16th thickness cable.I was hoping it might just be swap the cable end but its not exactly the same as the one on my gadget so I'm running the batts down now in order to work on it a bit more safely.It looks an easy fit if I can get the case open cleanly.This has all plastic threads and tighteners so should be an improvement over the old wobbly metal connector and feels more robust and secure.

Materialanmutung und Verarbeitung sind gut.Da man selber die Kontakte mit Kabel anlöten muß,sehe ich das eher als Bastlerware.Dennoch würde ich es wieder kaufen.

Solide zwepolige wasserdichte Stecker - Buchsen Kombination
Vom Händler "Elecbee" bekommt man hier in einem Ziplock-Beutel einen Stecker und eine Buchse. Jegliche weitere Information fehlt.Laut Anzeige bei Amazon handelt es sich um einen zweipoligen SP17 "Luftfahrt" Stecker, der mit IP68 wasserdicht ist. Leider fehlt jegliche weiter Information. Nicht einmal der mögliche Kabeldurchmesser ist angegeben, geschweige denn Strombelastbarkeit und spannungsfestigkeit, auch aus welchem Material die Kontakte bestehen. Herstellerangabe und Zertifizierung fehlen auch auf dem Stecker und der Buchse. Nie im Leben ist das ein Stecker für die Luftfahrt, der wäre ausführlich dokumentiert und zertifiziert.Der Stecker und die Buchse wirken solide gemacht, die Wasserdichtigkeit traue ich ihnen auch zu. Aber so völlig ohne Informationen - selbst für China-Ware ist das wenig - weiß ich wirklich nicht, wie und wofür ich sie einsetzen kann. Beim Preis von derzeit 10,59€ würde ich da deutlich mehr erwarten. Deshalb nur 3 Sterne.
