Worked well for my roof box project.
The U-Bolt dimensions were important to me, and I've attached a photo to help others.

Perfect
I bought a roof cargo carrier years ago off market place that didn't have hardware. I used some U-bolts wrapped in rubber hose and double lock nuts. Made it fine on a 2 day trip across the country and several camping trips. But the cheap U-bolts are starting to strip. These bolts are much nicer, stronger, the correct shape. I can't wait to get these thrown in and out on our next trip

2 up and 2 down to get them to fit.
The front ones had to go on upside down and the rear ones went right side up. I'm using them on a maxxhaul basket on an 07 envoy... there isn't enough clearance to reverse them. Universal will almost never be direct fit.
