This product really does help. I have severe back pain due to being pregnant (I am 22 weeks). Also PGP I was desperate for anything that could help me get through a day without being in agony. I now use this morning and before bed and it really has improved my life. Considering how cheap it is, its totally worth it and has helped more than the back straps or support pillows. Its also solid quality but I do agree if your weak its going to be very difficult to set up. I had to ask my husband to do it. The first time I laid down it cracked by hip and back and I felt immediate relief after lying on it for 5 minutes. The relief was better than a massage.You do have to focus on relaxing your back to get the full benefit. My husband uses it aswell and its helping him to. I am would recommend it to anyone with back pain.I hope I can still use it towards the end of my pregnancy but its something I will hopefully keep using for the rest of my life as I do tend to sit down a lot.
