ComfyChemo® CHEMOWEAR : Women's Long Sleeve Chemotherapy Port Zipper Shirts

I have a newly placed chemo port and was stressed about what to wear for easy access. So many friends spoke about how awkward it was to stretch their shirts, deal with awkward buttons etc. to access their ports. I tried 2 different companies and this company way outshines. The zippers are longer than the other shirt I tried making access to my port much easier. Also the zipper slide easily and do not have the awkward extra piece of material covering the top of the zipper. That shirt was not comfortable around my neck and this one way. I bought it in purple and pink and it was so cute, I could wear it out to lunch after my chemo.What I liked: Long, easy to slide zippers for better access to my port. Soft, comfy material against my skin Fabric has a nice thickness and is not thin Shirt is stylish with the white zippers, doesn't look like a "chemo shirt." Quality is excellent.Buy this shirt. You won't be disappointed!Update: I am still loving this shirt for my chemo and blood draws and my nurses appreciate the ease of accessing my port. I wore my shirt to my recent CT scan but I was disappointed to learn that I couldn't wear it in the scanning machine because of the metal zipper tags. This would never stop me from ordering this great shirt, but perhaps a suggestion could be made to the manufacturer to use a plastic zipper pull. Not a big deal, but just a thought.

I like that this isn’t fleece lined. When receiving chemotherapy, one has hot flashes attributed to that. Especially during treatment. The infusion center is kept fairly cold so this helps keep you comfortable and still have access to your port for treatment. I would like to find on that has a full center zip too and not have to go over the head to put on. Especially if you want to have a little freedom during a hot flashes. Otherwise this is a great product and love this color too.
