These are light duty wire connections with 1/4" connectors and 22AWG wire suitable for at most 0.92A current. I use them for what is commonly called 'pilot duty' connections in experimental devices for indicator lights etc. They are not suitable for power handling. Used properly they are convenient and work great. Make your own jumpers with suitable gauge wire for any application requiring higher current capability or smoke will appear. The actual wire size for these jumpers is really buried in the fine print and in all fairness it should be listed more prominently.

I needed two of these buggers but couldn’t find just two, so now I have a bunch of extras. I’ll probably use them some day for something else. Whatever, they’re inexpensive. Accurate description. They work.

Do you want an electrical fire? Because this is how you get an electrical fire. As soon as I connected the wires, smoke came from both sides and the wire burst. I tried multiple wires before giving up. The wires are faulty and will fail under load.
