A little goes a long way
I have been making hydrostone candle vessels and needed something that would color the powder. You can achieve a pure black vessel with this powder. I highly recommend.

Small bag
Used to tint Portland cement, worked well, darkens the cement so it does not go white. Used complete bag with 1 bag of cement, broadcast ou gravel and wet too help stop water running off on path and washing out.

Bag likely slashed with knife before packed!!!
Absolutely disgraceful conduct! Super toxic substance that ended up on my 11mth old daughter upon opening the box to an explosion of neurotoxic iron oxide powder. After investigation I found the bag had a slice either put there deliberately or pack knowing its existence as it is hard to miss black powder going everywhere.It was a very precise and clean slice and the box was undamaged!
