Best and Cheap Laptop
No side numerical keys so lil disappointed me… overall its good laptop for normal accounts work. The side keys is very imp for account data entry.

Windows key and search option doesn't work?
Everything is good but, the search option windows button when clicked stopped working after a couple of updates. Not sure what is wrong with the system. Technician came and installed Windows 10 and now the "@ " key doesn't work on the laptop. Pathetic. I called the technician a couple of times who installed the Windows 10 and every time he said he will come over but never turned up.

MS Office is not installed. You have one month trial period for Microsoft 365 after that you have to purchase it. You will find similar products having MS office.
