Excellent quality, slightly pricey.
These are excellent quality stainless steel rings. The ID is 61mm (nominal 60mm) and the thickness is 8mm. The seam is invisible and smooth.

Makes a great mainspring clamp
I needed two mainspring clamps for an antique clock. Amazon sells them in sets of four, four different sizes in one set. Only one of the four fits my springs so I’d have to buy two of those sets. Kinda annoying to have buy eight clamps, six of which are useless to me, just to get the two I need.Lucky I found these rings. Just cut out a 90 degree section, sand off the burrs, and away you go. They are polished smooth, no damage to the spring, and as a bonus they won’t rust.I hope this helps any amateur clock repairers out there.

Solid SS Rings
I ordered these rings to use with a dinghy lifting harness for my boat. They appear to be heavy duty and should do the job.
