This product looks nice and decorative. I like the fact that I can change the tone of the light from warm to cool white as well as dimming the light on several levels. The highest setting of the light is very bright which I love and the lowest setting is very soft. The fan is the reason I purchased this item and it made a huge difference in the room in the hot weather we had recently. Again the speeds of the fan are amazing, the highest speed being 6 is super fast and the lower speed 1 is soft but noticeable.The fact that it has a forward and reverse option on the fan is bonus.Installation was okish and not that complicated. Please do try the fan and light before installing it on the ceiling just to make sure you have all the wiring done correctly.When I opened the box and saw the fan made from what seemed to be soft plastic, I was a bit put off. But seeing it in action everyday since I purchased it just made me consider getting another 1 for a different room.After using it for a while now everyday for almost 12 hours plus with the fan on, I noticed a bit of dust collecting on the blades of the fam. It was a huge relief to be able to simply unscrew 1 part by hand as you would unscrew a bottle top and remove the blades and give them a quick rinse, then dry it and screw it back on is such an amazing quality. Literally taking the fan off, cleaning it and putting it back on took 5mins and as easy as can be.There is literally no noise from the fan even on high speed, so suitable for installation in the bedroom.Highly recommend this product.

Having seen this in a friends house I was instantly impressed with the low profile. We have quite low ceilings and this light/fan unit was perfect.Assembly is quite easy as the wiring is already done, its just a case of attaching the petals, the decorative trim ring and the fan. A tip here is to leave the fan blade off until the light is fitted to the ceiling. The fan blade is like a desk fan with a plastic hand nut so its easy off and on for cleaning - FYI, its a left hand thread.Connecting to the wiring is easy but the wire colours are black and white which I now believe is American, so black is live and white is neutral. There is no indication on the unit or instructions to tell you and I wired these up 'incorrectly' but they worked OK.There is a suspension wire to hold the unit whilst wiring. I didnt use the wiring push connector as it seemed quite weak. I used the old school 'choc-block'. There is plenty of room in the housing for the wiring.The unit is attched to the ceiling with a cruxiform bracket that held up with 4 screws. It was very solid.Once up, attach the fan blade and turn the light switch on. It comes on full brightness and white light. The remote can then be used to turn the light or fan on and off. The brightness, temperature colour and fan speed are adjustable. The fan can blow down or up.If you turn the unit off using the remote control, it comes back on at the previous setting, if you turn of at the light switch, it comes on full brightness and white light - it doesn't have a battery powered memory.The light given off is plentyfull but can be toned down to suit. The fan is powerfull but a little noisey on the higher speeds.Overall I'd say its a good product. Hopefully it will be reliable. Recommnded.

Nice and easy to install, light function good, plastic fan blades are less impressive but work well enough

This light is gorgeous, the fan is ok , a bit fiddly to put together but worth it ,because it’s very pretty , good light , fan could be better

This fan is great with a good choice for speed.The light is able to be dimmed and can be controlled via a hand set.

UPDATE….Company were very good and worked with me to repair the issue, also sending a new part from China no less! Took a while and after another electrician visit to replace the bad part all is working well now and I am very happy with it!!………….After taking months to find someone who would put it up for me, I was delighted with my light and fan especially through some very hot weather. Unfortunately the fan has stopped responding to the remote. No beep either or response of any kind but the light still works perfectly. The fan has not been overused or abused in any way. Don’t know where to turn or how to fix it. If anyone can help please advise. Thx.
