so far not so good... & just would not link...

trying to connect my iphone8 (running ios 15.7) to my vw rcd330 system - but so far it 'nearly' gets there but after about 30 secs it says 'please connect by USB' - which of course is precisely NOT what i want. This is a wireless carplay dongle that is supposed to remove the need for any USB connection. Ive contacted seller for advice... fingers x'd they can solve the problem...Despite an instruction video the software usb just would not link to my vw rcd330 carplay system - so has to be returned for a full refund. Shame as i really wanted a wireless link from my moby...
