Hi ,Amazon didint helped me in installation of this product..after wating for so many days I called Bajaj customer care to install...when the installation guy from Baja opened the box we found lots of scratches and red marks on the geyser and NRV was also not working ...he suggested me to change the geyser but due to delay in installationn my exchange window got closed ..so I asked him to install...after installtion rusty water was coming and some rust power was also coming along with water..According to me this geyser was used or opened product which was delivered to me by Amazon vendor...This is very cheap practice Amazon has done...I request Amazon to look into this matterRegardsShivam chadha

OK. Medium setting is not hot enough for North winters.
Geyser looks fine. Construction is not the most refined. But it makes an awful loud sound when water is being heated. Medium thermostat setting doesn't give hot enough water for North India winters. Has to be on high.

Stylish and compact than regular geyser
All good. Installation was hassle free. Heating is also same in all geyser. Plastic body so safe metal body is more prone for electric shock. I have bought it in offer for rs. 6800 so value for maney. But I prefered it over Orient which is more stylish and we chose it for service. I don't know about Orient after sale service
