Quality gone down
Have owned similar model until handle broke off. Bought the latest and quality has fallen. One feature I use to use quite often was the interior straps which had netting to keep items/ cloths in place.The straps are still there but I’m sure for cost cutting they no longer have netting making the straps fairly uselessZippers are also lower qualityNot sure I’d buy again

Not what I received
Never have I written a bad review in all my Amazon orders! There’s always a first I guess!I ordered the Delsey Paris 2.0 carry on. First of all the box it was shipped in had the entire top left corner missing, exposing the bag itself. That’s probably a carrier issueThe bag is not what I ordered. I ordered the 2.0 carry on that includes 2 pockets on the interior, one that expands for extra clothing. The one I received had 1 small mesh pocket. I have contacted both Delsey and the seller and both have said “order another bag!”I would not recommend this product. I have 3 other Delsey suitcases that have literally traveled the world with me and love them- that’s why I ordered this Carry-On! Wish I could get an appropriate response. I would gladly send this one back if I could get the correct bag! Delsey is a great brand- just not this bag!
