Used after knee surgery. Easy to put on. (Used a thin rea towel underneath so no direct contact with skin - personal preference) . Stays cold for around 30 mins. Helps ease the pain post surgery. Haven’t tried it hot.

Tore my calf muscle and this has been a god send, adjustable straps to fit all size legs, it’s alot bigger than I thought which is great, initially said for knee but can be a multi use to actually strap on shoulder,arm,knee,leg etc, put into freezer and doesn’t take long to freeze and long lasting, it’s comfy and can walk around with it on or just rest, i been using it a few times a day for 20 mins and it’s helped ease my muscle injury well it’s helped it heal

The best for inflammation pain
An absolute godsend!! It's so soothing and works on the pain I have in my knee so we'll to the point it goes away. I also find after using it the flexion in my knee joint is much better. Have always suffered with this inflammation, used ibuprofen gel and other topical creams, but this ice pack is the best. It's great value for money, easy to freeze and use. Good quality and large enough to cover an adequate area. Pretty sure you could use it on other parts, so it's versatile and also portable.

Brilliant best thing I have as need a new knee and I’m too young it great for small legs and big legs with lots of swelling too I’d recommend to everyone as all the gel rubs don’t work this and a therma back brace wrapped around knee helps alot

Not cold long enough
If I could I would have given a 2.5 for 1 reason only it doesn't stay cold long enough. I purchased this in advance of ACL reconstruction as I will need to ice my leg for 20 minutes at a time this will not be sufficient for that. I have had in the freezer for 10 hours and it still only stays cold for a few minutes when applied to the knee. A bag of peas stays cold longer. What I did like is the fit and the velcro straps that keep in it place but for me it's not right for the job I want it to do. Not tried the heat side as that's not what I got it for.
