installation experiencereally sad to write this, i ordered this TV on August 3rd, and it got delivered on August 9th, Amazon and the brand is promising that the installation will be done within 48 hours, its been 4 days and my TV still sits inside the box, i have contacted Amazon and Hisense brand so many times, every time they will say "we have escalated this issue and it will be resolved in 24 hours or 48". here iam looking at the box sitting around the corner. I strongly recommend not to buy this online, i made a mistake if i opted for offline purchase, they would have installed it on the very next day, so dont make this mistake and buy such large goods from Amazon, it is better to visit an offline store.finally a guy came on 14th August, im afraid if i can call him a technician, he was very unprofessional, he was handling things carelessly, and he didn't properly installed the TV. these guys are not official hisense employees, they are from an another third party company called jeeves or something, which is a company well known for bad customer service, i know it is hard to setup employees everywhere across the country, but they could have chosen a better company.Tv experiencenow talking about the TV , tv is pretty good, picture quality is really good, tv comes with Google tv os. user experience is snappy and smooth, dont expect smooth experience like phones but its smooth enough. i have watched 4K movies and videos, picture quality is really nice. sound is not that much loud but not bad though.for this price this is a really good deal. recommended

I purchased 43 inch TV in offer sale with 18999 rupees and worth for it. TV display is superb with good quality and sound is just ok and other features are very good with Google TV.But installation is worst.Installation is free but technician asked for the payment that time I checked with the Amazon customer care service, they said pay now and upload the bill and get the reimbursement, so same thing done after I checked with the customer care they are not ready to provide refund and they are not listening to us and worst customer care behaviour they can't understand any thing and simply say not refundable.

I got this product at 20,990 Rs. during Independence Day Sale (Without exchange).Installation experience offered by Hisesnse:I had terrible experience with installation service provided by Hisense.Product was delivered on 6th August, 2023 but till 11th August, 2023 it is still not got installed by Hisense.I had called and mailed multiple times on Hisense customer care but there is no positive reply. They always keeps on saying that I have to wait 24 hours more.Finally I got installed my tv from external person by paying 350 Rs.

The tv is a good product for the price. I luckily got a product with no defects. The screen is sharp, the features and sound quality is excellent. Picture quality is good but not great. I have amazonbasics 4k tv at home and I feel it's picture quality is slightly better. But I bought this tv mainly for gaming and in game mode with vrr and allm enabled, the tv performs exactly as I expected. Well worth the money. Gaming is what this tv is best suitable for in my opinion. Youtube 4k looks good but while playing 4k, tv settings menu lags if you are making adjustments. Surprisingly, this doesn't happen in gaming mode. Google tv is good but nowhere close to fire tv. Remote finder feature was hard to figure out and nothing about this feature is mentioned even in the user manual. My remote beeping sound is also very feeble and hard to hear. Apart from that, no real complaints actually. GG hisense 👍🏽

The media could not be loaded.  This tv is ok as a second tv or if you have a fixed budget. After already having a sony bravia I could understand the difference especially sound where I think sony is superior. Picture quality is good. But considering its price I think it's understandable as it's almost half the price of Sony. But if you are ok with good picture quality and not so great sound this tv is a great option. Also the other features like connectivity, far field mic etc. are at par with the top brands. After using the tv for a few days and a few adjustments to the picture and sound I think it's definitely value for money compared to many other brands.

The TV is really value for money. Really good for gamers and content streaming. Paired with the Google assistant it's more than you could ask for. But do note, you'll have to find the colour profile that best suits your requirement.

I found no issues even for TV installation. For Installation i called Hisense service center and they delivered within 25 hours. Don't wait for Amazon to arrange installation.
