No stomach irritation or bloating. However, for best results I would recommend two doses daily. I am 6 foot two and 220 pounds. I didn’t start feeling the fullness in my muscles until taking two doses daily. I had been taking one dose daily for many months, great endurance and strength gains on one dose per day, but much better pumps and muscle swelling with two doses per day.

The cost-benefit is extremely good. The pills are big but you get use to it, and it can be easier to swallow them than drinking some really bad tasting creatine/preworkout drinks out there. This creatine definitely works and I am starting to see results after 2 weeks taking it every day.The packaging can be a little misleading. It says in the front "1550MG", but when you read the macros, a serving (2 pills) only contain 1250MG of creatine hcl, the rest of the weight is from electrolytes and minerals - which is not bad, but a little misleading. 1250MG is definitely enough for me though - I am 5'7", 160lb, 25y, male.

I actually felt a difference with this jar. My muscle injury is healed, also I have gained endurance. Toning each limb, never felt easier, and you can combine this with other supplements! Go science!

I am about a quarter of the way through this container and so far I’m very happy with it. With regular creatine, I seem to add a lot of water weight but with this I don’t seem to have this issue. Also no stomach issues and my workouts (weight lifting and hockey games) have been very good!

They switched from creatine HCL to creatine monohydrate. You now have to take twice as many pills and they're twice as big. I won't be buying this anymore. Got blood work done a week ago and my creatine levels were high so I know HCL works
