Black beard algae removal
Had a serious issue with black beard algae, removed all plastic plants just leaving a large piece of bog wood and 9 snails have done a great job clearing the rest from the wood, solicon tank joins and pipes. It's taken some time, but they're nearly there!Tried chemicals before... killed my fish so this is a good natural way of dealing with it.... if you're not in a hurry

Well worth buying, they clean the tank and look pretty.

Quality is very poor
Snails arrived in a very small tub no protective packaging and very little water in the tub. Maybe 1mlAfter having them for 1 week 3 have died in my tank and rotted. Would not buy again. Poor quality not happy at all

Snails arrived 100%
The media could not be loaded. Packaging is top class, they arrived promptly and before the expected delivery date which is always great. snails were moving everywhere around the tank within 20 mins. All happy and healthy. Will definitely be ordering from this store again in the future. Thankyou!

Have named the three purchased snails Lando, George and Louis and they are still doing laps round the aquarium several weeks after delivery.
