We go out in the dunes a whole bunch and after a day or 2 you get saddle sore. These helped in 2 ways, one they are padded and just helped with overall fatigue in that area, and 2 they are slick so your shorts or riding pants that normally stick to your legs and crotch area after a day of riding don't. These keep the bits tight and tidy and your riding gear will not stick to your body after sweating out in the sand....

I’m very impressed with these bike shorts.I’m currently using them for working out on my Peloton bike. The padding did offer extra cushion for the ride. But did it without interfering with comfort. It seemed the padding was in the rain GT places in the shorts. I’m 6’2” 186lbs. and have a 34” inch waiste and the XL fit perfectly. Remember the sizes are not US sizes.

I ordered the 3x or XXL US. I normally wear an XL but based on other reviews I went a size up. Probably could have got by with an XL but these were still tight around the legs. Initially they were very comfortable but seemed to give out after 40 miles. It could be because of the slightly added room in the crotch but overall I was impressed and will probably order another pair. A decent value for the money.

Best cycling shorts i have. Very comfortable, lots of great padding just where i need it. I'm not a fan of red but these match my bike so I tried them, and bought some blue/ black ones as well. Great price. Highly recommend these. I'm a FM, not a M. My only wish is that they were a bit shorter but for the guys, its perfect. Stylish print, too.

This is my second set of these padded shorts. They work well for me.

Sizing is fit for asian people, so there just isn't a size that fits american athletes. The size & weight chart isn't a matrix, it's a line, so it assumes a constant ratio of height to weight, which just doesn't work in this country.For example, the sizing chart has a column labeled "height: 69-71 inches". This is my height. But the weight reads "143-165 lbs". Ok, I don't know about you, but a 5 foot 10 guy who weighs 143 pounds is hysterically skinny. Add to the fact that these are bike shorts, for athletes, with big legs, and I don't know what I expected. I ordered a size large and it goes on but i've broken the elastic around both legs.Verdict: If you're cheap and don't want to spend money, fine. These work. If you want nice bike shorts, go to a real bike store.

3 stars and expected as much due to pricing. My $75 LGs are an all day comfort. These are , for me and my body sensations , DONE at 20-25 miles. I LIKE the appearance and fit . seems , for my body , the padding falls a bit short after indicated mileage. I have changed the seat on my Trek Domane back to the original and now the Pants are GREAT. I can go 50 miles and still am in total comfort. The issue before stated is no longer any problem at all.
