The product is perfect but there was too much packing yards of brown paper used because the box was too big the box was unnecessary all that was needed was a label on the product just like the post office do

I am being very honest here, I have found the price of these pads are very overpriced. Some people have worked all their lives and don't get any help with funding to purchase them. It's pretty disgusting and makes me angry.I have purchased others that are cheaper and some work better than others.I have been bulk buying which brings the price down. Do your research and look at reviews similar to mine who will give an honest opinion.A pack of 10 or 12 don't go very far for the hefty price tag. 😕I hope this helps someone who like me had no idea. I would also go see your GP and ask. Nothing ventured Nothing gained. Good luck

Comfortable, absorb a lot, only 2 out 12 in the pack leaked, 1 probably should have been changed way before other leak not a major leak. Just damp.Comfortable and easy to sleep in, even as a side sleeperBit expensive. Only 12 for about £17 but they're in the cheaper range soooooo would buy them again.

Absolutely nothing to like. No instructions. No means of fixing them. Damn great bulky nappies - so cannot wear them to go outside - in a matter of seconds the first yob would be pointing the finger and jeering "Look at that doddering old fool! He,s wearing nappies!" You can buy unobtrusive incon pants that work well for half the price for twice the number. Don't be conned - search for a minute or two on Amazon and you will easily find the ones i'm talking about. Would have sent them right back except i'd opened the package and pulled one out to examine, so they went straight in the black bin. BE WARNED BY MY MISTAKE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!

We have a gentleman who is not particularly obese, but has a wide/protruding stomach due to certain medical issues. We've tried all kinds of diaper combinations, wrap-arounds underneath pull-ups, triple pull-ups, menstruation-absorption pads, everything. This is the FIRST product that has entirely covered, absorbed and protected him overnight. Never have we woken up in the morning with absolutely no leakage or residue on his clothes or overnight bed coverings (chucks) before trying these.We weren't sure if they would be worth it when we looked at the price, and though they are on the expensive side, if you absolutely need something that will cover and protect during long periods of inactivity, these particular kinds will 100% be your best bet. We may just turn this into a subscription order.Thank you to the manufacturer for getting these right!

When managing my medical needs, I want a product I can trust, that's comfortable and that is cost effective.I want to spend more time enjoying life and not worry about something silly. These disposable underwears check all my boxes. They're very comfortable, very thin, absorb a lot, are leak proof, hold well in place and I never have to change them because they've reached their maximum capacity but rather because I've been wearing them for 6 hours and need to change them for hygiene purposes.There's really no way to tell I'm wearing them under my clothes, they're super quiet. They have velcro tabs that not only manage to hold well in place but also won't tear easily, it's something I have quite never seen trying various models and using them 24:7 for my needs.I have a level of confidence and ease I've never had before.It's hard to be critical but I guess two points I could mention is that the product is advertised as being for people who are bed ridden and I think on the opposite it's better for people who are active: it's easier to change without having to take off your pants and shoes, something you have to do with pullups. It could be nice not perpetuating that stigma of hygiene products being for people who are sick or old... .Another critic is that the dry parts tend to separate over time which could lead to absorption issues down the line but I haven't experienced that.To me it's the best option that exists in the category of disposable underwear with tabs.It's not only leak proof, comfortable, thin, quiet but also it's one of the cheapest options out there.Usually I try to have reviews that are a little bit more balanced but there's not much negative things to say here. It's the best disposable underwear I have ever tried, I have instantly made the decision to make them my daily drivers from now on. And I think you'd benefit from making them your daily drivers too if you're in a similar situation from mine.
