Used these for travel primarily. They were great. I had minimal grogginess. They helped me fall asleep quickly, which is always a struggle with big time zone jumps. I will def use them again.

I have ordered this product the second time and it really works for me. Before i used too take bi-layer melatonin 5 mgx2 but this works way much better with the middle layer added with other ingredients. It' a bit pricy but it's worth to get a better sleep than before. It's a personal choice so just like with any other supplement or medication it works differently for each individual. Keep in mind that that these things are mostly a hit and miss but found my hit finally.UPDATE : 08/10/2022. I have been using this product for more than 6 months and it's working like no other melatonin product i have tried before. I guess the combination of the ingredients agree with me so far. It's definitely worth a try.UPDATE: 06/16/2033. This particular product keeps working for me in the same way. I have been buying it for many years now and proved very effective even if I have to take a nap daytime. Please keep it in stock because it really works for me.

I feel like they really do help me fall asleep. However, I don’t feel like they help me stay asleep. About after 4 hours of good sleep, I still wake up and sometimes can’t go back to sleep. At least they help me fall asleep though.

I'm a huge fan of the Solgar brand so I was really hopeful these would help me sleep at night. No immediate help but I continued taking them hoping that, with more time, I would see some benefits. I have Restless Legs and usually only have issues if I'm really tired but I had begun having a lot of problems recently. I was confused why and then I realized I had started taking these around the same time as these symptoms appeared. I quit taking the pills and Restless Legs finally calmed down. So just fyi if you have Restless Legs yourself!

Listen this stuff will knock you out - that's for sure. But it consistently gave me horrible horrible dreams. Like my whole family has died type of dreams which isn't the norm for me at all. I won't use this on a regular basis because the dreams were traumatizing but I will use it whenever I have severe insomnia and I'm very desperate to sleep.
