Like the colors and goes on well

I bought Winter Green, and I like the colors. I used 256 for the snowflake design, some fun stickers I got from Amazon, and the color is not navy, more of a dark royal blue. I only used 2 coats so that it stayed lighter, but I think additional coats would darken the color closer to navy. The second color pictured is actually a blend of 258 (a warm green) and 253 (a very bright turquoise). I mixed them in a little container to get more of a jade green and used a little paintbrush to apply it. It took longer to do with the smaller brush, but I'm pleased with the results. I think I can get a big range of blues and greens between this set and the Beetles black and white I have.The polish is a bit translucent, the green is about 4 coats and I can still see the edge of the nailbed through the polish. I did make the coats as thin as I could get them though, and the dark blue was more opaque. But given the price for this many colors I'm not mad about it. Six smaller bottles for less money than one regular bottle of Gelish is a nice tradeoff. Of course it won't be as quality, but it's nice to be able to play with more colors.

These are a nice selection of colors. Good quality gel polish.

I purchased beetles as soon as they started to come out. The product has changed somehow. The colors are pretty and wear for a long time depending on the layers that you use.

I've been hunting for green gel polishes for a hot minute now and I finally found some winners with this set! These polishes are on the sheer side for beetles, so it took 3 coats for me to get the opacity you see in the photos (255). I bought the set for the greens, but the blues are just as gorgeous. I prefer a matte finish, but I used a glossy top coat on my ring/pinky finger in the first photo to show both options (top coats are also beetles). I highly recommend giving this set a try!
