Read something else!
This book is so outdated now! It ends with a prediction about the 1970s. Even it’s core message, while valuable, will not be news at all unless you have been living under a rock your entire life. I’m sure there are more current treatments of the author’s insights which go much deeper, and would be much more valuable.

This and then more...
A classic, it is worth reading Sydney Banks' books, but then I recommend exploring the Three Principles more deeply and practically... how they work in life and in action. Check out George Pransky, Jack Pransky, Michael Neill, Mara Gleason and others.

Great story
I’ve been learning about the three principles from many other authors. Then I said to myself why not go to the original.I’m glad I bought this book. Highly recommend.

He was able to articulate a powerful observation in a simple and easy to understand way
I'm a big fan of Syd Banks. He was able to articulate a powerful observation in a simple and easy to understand way. His ability to create a story around the three principles in The Enlightened Gardner was most enjoyable.

Interesting tale.....
It is informative, engaging story that seeks to explain how mind, body and thoughts create our reality in every moment of our life.

Thank you, Syd!
This isn't the most literary accomplishment you'll ever read, but the message here is life changing. My husband, who doesn't read, and tends to like more simple reads than I do, loved this. The Three Principles are life changing. It's already changing our marriage for the better.

A beautiful, thought provoking read
I came across the work of author Sydney Banks after discovering The Three Principles movement. This book is a beautiful exploration of what The Three Principles is, explained through a parable featuring a group of psychologists and therapists from the USA who visit England and meet a gardener who shares wisdom that changes their views on mental health.I wish I could explain the Three Principles better, but thinking about how to do that is more difficult than you'd imagine (as you'll find out from reading this book!)Let me just say that I suspect this book will set you on a life long journey of understanding our thoughts form our reality.

Gentle wisdom
Delightful, insightful and gentle. This book was a beautiful introduction to the 3 Principles that explain life. I read it in a short time but just know that as I revisit it I will gain deeper insight and understanding. I have a feeling that this book will become like an old friend in who's company I can rejoice and learn however long it is before I sit down with it again.

Enlightening
Deceptively easy to read, this is a book worth savouring, let the chapters sink in before moving on.A bit late to be recommending a book that’s been around for almost 50 years but if you haven’t read it, do.
