I've only ever used these 2-3 nights in a row. My teeth actually get a few shades whiter! I use the gel with the blue light mouthpiece, and do it twice in a row. My teeth are pretty white anyways, but this gel boosts them up to the "bright" level. I drink coffee all day, so it only lasts a few months very white before I do it again for a night or two.

I bought the whitening tray and whitening gel pens a few months ago for the first time. When I ran out of the whitening gels, I bought this product (the gel pens). You get a lot of use out of the pens especially for the price! I was surprised at how effective the whitening pens are and how many times you can use them before they run out. I started off using the pens every other day to ensure my teeth didn't become too sensitive. The whitening gel doesn't make your teeth sensitive which is a huge bonus! I gave this product 4 stars because I need to use the whitening gel once every day to ensure my teeth stay white.

Bought the whole kit over a year ago- I’m bad at taking the time on routines so use it whenever I think of it- always whitens- so when I ran out of whitening gel- why buy from another company?! Great for sensitive teeth- just enough less peroxide so no burning gums.

First off, I have stained teeth (thanks, ridiculous Diet Coke addiction). Second, I have extremely sensitive teeth. I have tried several other methods for whitening and this is the only one that doesn’t cause extreme, shocking pain. It started working within seconds. There’s a ton of gel in each pen so it’ll last forever, too.

Ordering again after seeing decent results using three or four syringes. I combine the gel with an accelerator light and my teeth are better than before, not fresh out of the dentist white though. This will take time but it's worth it
