Tastes great and it's quick.
You can add your own Protein and Veggies. Very flavorful.

Slimy texture
The smell: fine. The taste: actually very good. The TEXTURE: very slippery and slimy...and not something I could stomach with my sensory preferences when it comes to certain foods. My doctor recommended this brand and it does have the benefits I needed (fewer carbs, mainly), but these noodles specifically are not a good mouth feel.

Noodles are amazing flavor bad
Love the noodles and the veggies aren't bad. Easy to microwave. But for me there was a strange flavor not good not horrid. I added red chili paste and it was not bad. I don't like the pieces in it. It is hardened tofu or mushroom and it would only be good for apocalypse. I love tofu mushrooms and odd foods from different countries. If for noodles great rest pass.

Surprisingly solid pad thai!
I was extremely hesitant to purchase it as most miracles noodles I've tried are rubbery, no matter how I've prepared them. Plus, how in the world can they create prepackaged pad thai? With miracle noodles, to boot? I was more than skeptical. My local Wild Roots grocery store carries these in single packs and I bought one- mostly out of curiosity. Oh my gosh! This stuff is really good! I add scrambled egg and cilantro and, occasionally, some sauteed shrimp. It's truly delicious. And the noodles - NOT RUBBERY! I have no idea how these noodles are not rubbery, like the rest of their products, but - yay!

kind of expensive for something that....
still needs a lot of flavoring added. I upgraded from 3 to 4 stars because the flavor is not bad, when generously added to, like with teri or reg shoyu, or sprinkle parmesan for the spagetti. The texture and the noodles are good (eat the whole packet with a soupspoon in a small bowl). My favorites are the pad thai (16 carbs), & spag marinara @ 8 carbs/packet. The japanese curry is a bit sweet with more carbs (22/packet). The ready to eat noodles are generally a worthwhile carb substitute that is filling & can be satisfying. The plain noodles take some cooking, but could go well in soups, or? Pretty darn new & scarey to some people who are addicted to their carbs, I can magine!

Quick and delicious meal!
I'm obsessed with the Pad Thai flavor. It's not a meal in and of itself because the calorie count is so low but I add powdered peanut butter to thicken the sauce a bit and then either extra tofu or ground beef. A bit expensive but it's worth it if you are watching carbs and need a quick and easy meal. I am looking forward to trying more flavors. I do wish the price wasn't so high.

These are inedible-do not buy
I had high hopes for these noodles. The noodles themselves are great and I have used the plain ones in other recipes but this package, with the pad Thai flavoring is inedible. I am going to have to throw the whole box away because they taste terrible. Don't buy these, stick to the plain ones and make your own sauce for them.

Not at all like the purported taste
I found the marketing of it being pad thai false. If you want this to taste like pad thai, you need more than a vegan protein and the promise of pad thai sauce. But as a carb-alternative for noodles, it's not bad.
